Yesterday, the Destiny Planet View website was launched in conjunction with Google Maps. As well as getting you all excited for the launch of the game on Tuesday, users will be able to explore the Moon, Venus, and Mars. Exploring all of the interaction points of each one, will earn you an in-game emblem. There are 70 clickable points in total across the 3 explorable locations. Exploring Planet View gives the viewer a plethora of information about the Destiny universe, varying from weapon info to story hints, as well as showcasing screenshots, videos and more. Of course, if you really don’t want to read all of the interesting information and just want to get your hands on a nice shiny emblem, you’ll be pleased to know that you can do it fairly quickly. You don’t have to actually read or watch all of the focus points – you just have to click them. Then you can just as quickly close them, hammering through all the points until you unlock your emblem. Although, most of the clickable points are very informative, there is the occasional funny moment too, as seen from the video below:


Destiny will be launching worldwide on September 9, 2014. Servers go live as soon as it is September 9th somewhere in the world!
